1. Vehicle is parked in an assigned repair bay.
2. Vehicle is dissembled to facilitate repairs.
3. All damaged areas are repaired/replaced to manufactures specifications.
4. Vehicle is prepped, primed and colour matched using specific colour identification codes.
5. Vehicle sprayed and baked in the spray booth.
6. Paintwork is quality checked and vehicle reassembled.
7. Final check over the repair area then vehicle undergoes a valet.
8. Vehicle is then signed off only after passing final Quality Audit.

What we do

Auto body Repair (Panel beating)

Our modern, clean workshop operates using the latest Blackhawk repair technology and 'state of the art' machinery needed for today's stringent repair requirements. All staff have been handpicked and are New Zealand trade qualified technicians. So whether it's large or small scale body repairs, or accident smash repairs needing structural body alignment, utilising Greig's repair knowledge and exemplary skills, his team guarantee quality repairs every time.

Automotive refinishing (spray painting)

Once vehicles have undergone a repair they move into our custom built spray booth and bake oven. We have a fully computerised paint mixing and colour matching identification system. We are also provided with technical support from the largest global automotive paint supplier in the world. So whether it's a small spot repair, custom colours for custom cars, re-paints, or even off-lease rectification, we have it covered.

Corporate/Fleet Care - Priority Service

Jordan Panelbeaters have several fleet agreements in place with corporate organisations requiring a quick turnaround. We provide a hassle free pickup and delivery service and can take care of all insurance requirements relating to the vehicles.

Motorcycle repairs

We cater for all motorcycle repairing and repainting needs by offering the same services that are provided for car owners. We have a custom made Vespa chassis machine for straightening frames, as well as plastic weld damaged fairings in house with the best welding equipment.

Patch panel and Fabrication

We have a small specialised area of the workshop dedicated to metal fabrication. We house all the required equipment to swage, form, wheel, roll and fold any of your panel requirements, all overseen by an expert tradesman with over forty plus years fabrication experience. Metals of expertise include Mild steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminuim.

Mouldings & Steel Bumper Repairs

In most cases, particularly in older vehicles, the parts are not easily sourced, so replacement is not an option. We offer a full service of metal finishing, readying these items for chroming or polishing. We not only repair steel, but specialise in stainless and aluminum.

Environmental

We care about our environment. As a responsible inner city workshop we are always looking at ways to eliminate waste products wherever possible. We are proud of the fact that we recycle all solvent based products on site, eliminating hazardous waste material. All scrap steel and alloy is collected for recycling, as is cardboard and paper. This puts our shop amongst the cleanest and most environmentally friendly shops in Auckland.
